This morning I turned the living room lights on and I see the cat, just sitting there, on the dresser, hanging out with Scooby Doo in complete silence. Of course once she saw me, she kept meowing for attention.
Here’s a closeup of her, wearing a fancy tuxedo because tuxedo cat. . There are times I wish she still had a bell on her collar, but our dog kept tracking her down and annoying her.
Pets, am I right?

She looks really dignified in the second picture. Like a cat politician or something, haha.

Not shown, the hand that was just petting her above the camera, forcing her to look up for an actual decent shot, :).

Taking a decent picture of a cat, am I right ?

So you haven’t found the rodent yet ??? Don’t worry it will smell bad enough to disclose it’s location, but not until it’s quite revolting.

I would at least be proud if she left me a present, lol. But she doesn’t. I have killed them all/most of them. Every seen the movie Mouse Trap? It was pretty the same situation, those buggers are hard to track down.

Or a black and white dog with black eyes...

Ugh, if I don’t get up by 6-7 on weekends my internal biological clock will physically hate me. I hate it but I have a semi-strict “wake-up” schedule I adhere to just so I can wake up at 5:30 on the weekdays. -_-. Eh, life, right? Lol.

Does she half kill them, or leave the hunting to you ??? As for killing mice, crunchy peanut butter on Victor brand mouse traps works best, unless your avatar attempts to remove the mouse from the traps, which is rather messy.

We use mouse traps with peanut butter, hidden inside areas the cat can't access. She kills nothing, she's just fluffy and cute.

Sounds like a friends cat who would seek into the guinea pig cage, to cuttle with them.

She only cuddles with me, and only when the dog is in the kennel. Otherwise the dog will harass her because she gets SUPER jealous. Like, if I talk to the cat, the dog will throw a fit and start barking. We actually had to remove the cat’s collar bell so the dog couldn’t track her so easily. Since the dog is obnoxious, I sometimes pick up the cat in full view of the dog, just to make her upset.

Your cat needs to show the dog who’s boss like my wife cat did. When she got the dog, the cat sank all his claws into the dogs nose and held it while staring at her. The dog grew, but never grew out of her fear of the cat.

Our cat can totally take on our dog, she’s just to skittish to, :).

Perhaps she needs some pep talk, or to see a few cats take on dogs on youtube???

Whenever the dog bugs the cat, my wife says to the cat “get her Gryps, beat her up!” but the cat doesn’t care long enough. I also consistently tell the dog “Zeta, leave Gryps alone you bully.”
My house is rarely quiet, lol.

Sounds like a job for “Grumpy Cat”!!

If my cat even hiss at the dog, the dog would retreat. It’s why the dog acts tough until whatever she’s barking at retaliates. It’s what she doesn't like the neighbor dogs, :).

Perhaps then a dog therapist is needed.
